WHAT DOES THE CROWNING TABLE DO?
When the bending machine bends the workpiece, under the action of the bending force, the slider and the worktable will be deformed. At this time, the depth of the upper die entering the lower die opening is inconsistent with the entire length of the workpiece, which will seriously affect the workpiece accuracy.
For this reason, people have developed the deformation compensating device of various structures. It can be roughly divided into two categories: one is to make the workbench convex into a set of symmetrical curves with the middle part raised upwards, which is called lower mold convex compensation; Symmetrical curve, called upper mold convex compensation.

1 INSTALLATION

2 USE
- 2-1. The worm reducer has been filled with lubricating oil before leaving the factory, so it can be used without adding oil.
- 2-2. The working environment temperature of the worm reducer is -20°C to 50°C, and the maximum surface temperature of the motor body should be ≤95℃.
- 2-3. This product can run forward and reverse, and can also be started under load.
3 MAINTENANCE
- 3-1. The surface of this product should be kept clean to facilitate heat dissipation. This product is a fully enclosed structure and does not need to be replaced for lubrication Oil.
- 3-2. When the rubber seal is damaged due to aging and wear, or oil leaks, it should be replaced in time. It is strictly forbidden to transport without oil or without oil. change.
- 3-3. If abnormal phenomena are found in the machine during use, stop the machine for inspection in time, and avoid knocking during maintenance and disassembly.
